In a recent blog post, we talked about prayer. Now, I want to spend some time on worship.
Most people listen to songs for the music. But a few, like me, listen to songs for the lyrics.
I love words. My hobbies begin and end with reading and writing. This is why the Bible is the most precious thing in the whole world to me. A collection of God’s words! Nothing could be more thrilling to me!
So, as far as music goes, my favorite songs are Scripture put to music.
Lately, the radio has been playing this new song, Thy Will Be Done. It is so full of Scriptural truth, and I want to go through the lyrics and put the Scripture under them for those of you who love Scriptural songs as I do.
